Who we are and what we offer

Our teachers are from the Amitabha Foundation, a not for profit organisation offering the traditions of Tibetan Buddhist meditation
to the modern world.  We have been studying with a senior Tibetan Lama, His Eminence Ayang Rinpoche, for many years.

While the techniques we teach are derived from a 2,500 year old Buddhist tradition, we are experienced in presenting them in a non-religious way so they are suited to everybody.

Our backgrounds include extensive experience in the corporate, government, not-for-profit, social justice, small business, counselling and health sectors.

Customised Meditation Courses to Suit Your
Unique Requirements

  • Basic Programme

    Our recommended basic programme for most organisations is taught in six weekly one-hour sessions held on your premises.
    If you prefer, this programme can also be offered as a shorter course.

    The course covers what meditation is, how
    it works, its benefits and ways to integrate it into daily life.

    Participants are taught a number of powerful meditation, stress management, conflict resolution and mindfulness techniques.  Sessions are highly experiential and interactive.

  • Ongoing Meditation Sessions

    We can offer graduates of our basic programme one-hour monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly meditation sessions held on your premises.  These classes help motivate your staff to maintain and use the meditation skills they have learned.

    Conference and Special Events Services

    We are also available to conduct 1 hour,
    half day and full day sessions at seminars, conferences and other special events.
